Due to their oriented structure, these VACNTs (: Vertically Aligned Carbon Nanotubes) have the advantage of not having a CNT-CNT junction and are free of any contact resistance.
Thus, the most demanding electronic component of your equipment fully benefits from the high thermal conductivity of the DG-PTP, up to 25W/m.K at only 10% compression.
The DG-PTP is an alternative to well-known TIM thermally conductive interfaces with a high thermal conductivity, as soon as its electrical conductivity is not a problem in the applications where it is used.
The DG-PTP is available in sheets and shaped cut pieces. We produce these cut pieces on our CNC machine, fast and without the need for tools.
