Technical Specifications
The heat pipe is of high thermal conductivity, 100 to 1000 times more efficient than a copper tube. It is a real technical alternative to conventional heatsinks.
As for conventional heatsinks, the heat pipes are coupled to a TIM type thermal conductivity material or to a thermal paste or to a phase change thermal interface to ensure a good contact resistance.
We make custom heat pipes, based on your specifications, or conform to a design that you have previously established.
Our thermal engineers also carry out your thermal simulations to validate your designs.
